Is there a minimum commitment required?

Minimum Commitment: 3 Sessions Per Topic

Why: This ensures clients get a deeper understanding and have time to implement strategies between sessions.
How It Works: Clients must book a minimum of three sessions for any selected topic. This allows for an initial deep dive, follow-up on progress, and refining strategies based on real-world application.

Can I combine topics in my sessions?

While we require a minimum commitment of 3 sessions per topic, you can choose to focus on multiple topics during your engagement. We’ll work together to prioritize your goals and tailor each session to address the areas that matter most to you.

Is the coaching available online or in person?

The Pet Business Leadership Series is flexible and can be delivered both online and in person, depending on your preference and location. Online sessions are conducted via video conferencing, while in-person sessions can be arranged if you are located within the Houston Metro Area.

In-person sessions in other geographic regions are possible, please inquire for more details.

Can my team participate in the sessions?

Yes, team participation is encouraged, especially for topics like leadership development and customer service excellence. Engaging your team in the coaching process can help ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.

What happens after I complete the 3-session commitment?

After completing the initial 3 sessions, you have the option to continue with additional sessions on the same topic, explore new topics, or move into ongoing coaching support. We’ll assess your progress and recommend the best next steps based on your goals.

On November 1st, 2022, Erin Fitzpatrick was honored with a city proclamation from Houston, declaring "Pampered Pet Day" to celebrate 40 years of dedication to the community through Pampered Pet Resorts. Under Erin’s leadership, the business became a beloved institution, recognized for its exceptional pet care and lasting impact on local families.
